Description: MidMichigan Health is hiring Health Tech High School Co-Op right now, this occupation will be placed in Michigan. The purpose of this job is to provide the high school student with a positive, on-the-job exposure to the healthcare environment in order to better define their health care career go! als. Positions are available in Emergency Medical Services, Obstetrics, Emergency Department, Anesthesia, Progressive Care Unit, Radiology and Physical Therapy. Each area will have primary duties and responsibilities which are department-specific.
Qualifications: Must be a high school senior enrolled in the Healthcare and Technology II class for the 2013-2014 school year. Must have completed a Healthcare and Technology I class (as a junior) with a B+ or better (semester average). Must have completed Human A & P with a B- or better. Must pass the Compass Test at Delta College. Must not exceed 7 absences/tardies in first semester of classes.
