Job Description:
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales.
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
- Record outbound call history and customers response in detail in CRM System.
- Possess strong knowledge of products and services to identify customer needs when qualifying them.
- Create selling strategies for own products or services, suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
- Require multitasking, responding appropriately to customer questions and concerns, and negotiating sales for additional products and services.
- Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogues and other campaign material.
- Meet sales quotas and revenue targets, and provide a superior customer experience
- Meeting individual KPIs consistently including quality target
- Generating sales reports, using sales reporting tools.

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
