Telecaller (Remote) [India]


 

Job Description:

  • Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales.
  • Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
  • Record outbound call history and customers response in detail in CRM System.
  • Possess strong knowledge of products and services to identify customer needs when qualifying them.
  • Create selling strategies for own products or services, suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
  • Require multitasking, responding appropriately to customer questions and concerns, and negotiating sales for additional products and services.
  • Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogues and other campaign material.
  • Meet sales quotas and revenue targets, and provide a superior customer experience
  • Meeting individual KPIs consistently including quality target
  • Generating sales reports, using sales reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
