Education Program Coordinator

Description: Beaumont Hospitals is hiring Education Program Coordinator right now, this job will be placed in Michigan. More details about this job opportunity please read the description below. Coordinates daily functions and supports the Ob/Gyn Residency Program. Creation and maintenance of Resident files; secretarial/clerical support to Program Director & Residents (typing, filing, taking minutes, copying, etc.); strong working knowledge of all program and external accreditation requirements (can be achieved on the job); substantial involvement in all accreditation duties, including PIF preparation and participation in Internal Reviews; timely distribution, collection, aggregation, and documentation of Resident, Faculty, and Program evaluations; scheduling rotations & conferences; communication between ACGME, GME Office, Program Director, Residents, and other relevant entities; and generating reports to support the abovementioned activities.
Required qualifications: Associates degree or minimum four (4) years of Medical Administration experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work with little supervision. Type 50-60 wpm. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
