Department: Midwest Urgent Care CenterSchedule: Full timeShift: AfternoonsHours: Job Details: Responsible for physician-supervised patient evaluation and treatment in the ! office setting. Obtains and records complete health history and physical assessment from patient. Analyzes data obtained during physical exam, formulates diagnosis, care plan and initiates treatment following discussion with attending physician. Follows physician approved treatment protocols.
Conducts follow-up on care of patient modifying treatment when needed. A. Minimum Education: Completion Masters of Science in Physician Assistant studies. Preceptorship in Obstetrics/Gynecology.
B. Minimum Work Experience: Completion of Physician Assistant program of study. C. Certification, Licensure, Registration: Michigan PA license and certified by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants).
