MidMichigan Medical Center-Clare (MMMC) is a 64-bed, Joint Commission-accredited facility serving pati! ents in the Clare and Isabella County areas. The hospital is part of MidMichigan Health, a nonprofit health system which serves the larger 12-county region. MidMichigans network is also comprised of urgent care centers, nursing homes, and home care.
MMMC has 24 physicans representing eight medical specialties. Hospital inpatient units include intensive care, cardiac-monitored care, obstetrics, pediatric and medical/surgical, and a hospitalist program. Clare is centrally located at the base of the lower peninsula, just minutes to Central Michigan University and the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort and is an easy drive to Grand Rapids, Saginaw, and the Detroit area. With easy access to two state highways, Clare offers a great small-town vibe, but is still convenient to the amenities typically offered by a big city.
All physicians are partners of Michigan Emergency Physicians, LLP, a registered limited liability partnership. Physician partners are eligible for! health, optical, and dental insurance at group rates. Physici! ans have the option to participate in a 401(k) plan, as well as life and disability insurance at group rates. Candidates must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine or a Primary Care Specialty with Emergency Medicine experience.
