Responsibilities*
This LPN position is for East Ann Arbor Health Center.
Among tasks that the LPN will do is:
- Telephone management - following up on items delegated by the provider or RN (test result, triage follow-up)
- Conduct OB intake
- Prescription refills per protocol
- Provide patient instruction (diet, preps, respiratory equipment, etc.)
- Medication administration per order (for oral, topical, opthalmic, injections)
- Various tests and procedures (IV, straight cath)
- Administer blood products - Rhogam.
Graduation from an approved school for practical nursing is necessary.
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Michigan is necessary.
Successful completion of a pharmacology course in an accredited program is necessary.
NOTE: Required ! qualifications must be met by the candidate in order to be int! erviewed and considered for the position.

Desired Qualifications*
Pediatric experience helpful.
MiChart experience desired.
Work Schedule
Hours: 40 hours per week
Days/Shift: Mon- Fri with rotating Saturday morning.
Hours would be variable from 8 AM to 8 PM
