Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Location: Grand Rapids Michigan

Description: Maxim Healthcare Services is employing Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN right now, this position will be placed in Michigan. Michigan Licensed Practical Nurses are needed to fill Part Time positions in the Grand Rapids and surrounding area facilities on Evening/Night shifts. To qualify must have all! of the following:

• Michigan LPN License
• Clean Background
• 12 months of recent experience as an LPN

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patients needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications include:

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License.
• Full command, verbal and written, of the English language.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience Pr! eferred.
• Current BLS card.
• Successful comple! tion of the screening tests
