Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as an Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR certification
- Copy of updated Physical, based on s! tate requirements
- Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x! -ray
- Reliable transportation
