Performs diagnostic ultrasound ex! aminations as prescribed by the physician and documents findings. Assists physicians with invasive procedures as needed. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Education - Ultrasound Technology from an established or accredited radiology or ultrasound program. Must be familiar with a wide variety of ultrasound equipment.
Licenses - Maintenance of CPR Certification or BLS.
Maintains appropriate CME credits each year.
OB experience preferred.
