The Leo Jenkins Cancer Center (LJCC), a joint venture between Vidant Health and East Caroli! na University Brody School of Medicine is seeking Gynecologic Oncologists to join its multidisciplinary team of Oncologists.

Vidant Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center, is the 871-bed teaching hospital directly connected to the Brody School of Medicine. Vidant Medical Center currently offers min! imally invasive robotics options for hysterectomy, sacrocolpop! exy, myomectomy and gynecologic oncology procedures using the state-of-the-art da VinciR Surgical System. Vidant Medical Center has been a training site for robotics surgery since 1999, and currently houses three da VinciR Surgical Systems; two are available for scheduling procedures and one is stationed in the robotics surgery-training center.
Leo W. Jenkins Cancer Center is a regional center that offers comprehensive care for women with cancer and boasts the most advanced radiotherapy technology in the state of North Carolina. The center has nine oncologists, one gynecologic oncologist, and four surgeons; three pediatric oncologists; and three radiation oncologists.

BE/BC in OB/GYN
Certificate of special competence in Gynecologic Oncology from the American Board of OB/BYN (or be eligible)
