Sparrow is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to serve as the Program Director for the ACGME accredited OB/GYN Residency Program located in Lansing, Michigan.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Faculty Member in an ACGME accredited OB/GYN residency program â€" OR â€" Previous experience as a Program Director/Associate Program Director in an ACGME accredited OB/GYN residency program
Design, implement, and modify a comprehensive and effective curriculum containing the clinical and academic elements necessary to enable residents to achieve board certification
Evaluate resident, faculty, and program performance
Oversee all resident recruitment, selection, promotion and dismissal
