Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall delivery of industrial AI projects, organize the project team, determine the delivery schedule, follow up the delivery situation, and ensure project acceptance
2. Responsible for the project management work related to the implementation and delivery of AI privatization projects to Accept demand as the starting point, and deliver products and services to customers as the end point to realize end-to-end delivery business management 3. Ensure that the project is delivered according to the contract agreement, customer expectations and quality requirements, and the project scope, progress, cost, and quality , Responsible for operating results
4. Organize routine reporting and communication of the project compile and organize documents such as the report on the stages involved in the project and the project acceptance report, to ensure that the project is implemented and delivered as planned, and the success of project delivery is guaranteed 5. Review and check the key points and risk points involved in the project, such as the technical plan, planning and design plan, delivery plan, and relevant terms of the contract.
Qualifications
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, at least 3 years of experience in automation equipment integration or software integration projects in traditional manufacturing, experience in non-standard automated AI visual inspection projects is preferred 2. Experience in imaging scheme design and test verification in the manufacturing field is preferred
3. Familiar with project management process and methodology, have good technical ability and customer service awareness, strong team management ability and organizational coordination ability , able to independently undertake projects and solve problems that arise during the project
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and time concept, be able to formulate, promote, and decompose plans according to the actual situation of the project, and be good at coordinating resources from all parties to achieve goals together
5. Those who are familiar with the artificial intelligence industry (face recognition, OCR text recognition, speech recognition, speech synthesis, NLP) are preferred
6. Have a PMP certificate, a system integration project manager certificate, and other related technologies Certification certificates (CCNP, RHCE, MSCE, ITIL, etc.) are preferred
7. Those who have passed Tencent Cloud Technology Certification or equivalent qualification certification are preferred
8. Proficient in Linux operating system, mysql/kafka Intermediate components such as /redis are optimized for those who have basic network knowledge
9. Team managers are preferred, and PMO management experience is preferred.
