Emergency nurses specialize in assessing, intervening and stabilizing a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action. Due to the range of medical conditions that may require urgent treatment and care, they must be knowledgeable about general as well as specific health issues. Under general direction, works in a collegial and collaborative relationship with other health care members to determine patient needs.

Requirements Education: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the Emergency Room setting within the past 6 months Licensure: RN license in the State of Michigan ACLS BLS TNCC/PALS/ENPC a plus Level 1 Trauma experience a plus AHS is an Equal Opportunity Employer
