OB CORE FACULTY OPPORTUNITY

Spectrum Health Medical Group is gathering the talent and resources to become the nation’s prem! ier multispecialty medical group which will include an ongoing commitment to the development of a preeminent women’s health services program. This physician needs to be board certified in general OB/GYN with significant interest and experience in resident and medical student education.

Essential functions include the following:

• Participating in patient care activities, including daily rounding responsibilities, obstetrical floor coverage, gynecologic surgeries, inpatient consultations, as well as outpatient management for the OB/GYN resident clinic patients.
• Instructing and supervising all aspects of patient care activities performed by the OB/GYN residents, visiting off-service residents, as well rotating medical students on the OB and GYN services.
• Working with the division of MFM to establish plans of care and protocols that are evidence based, insuring the highest standard of care for women admitted to Spectrum Health Hos! pitals Women’s Services.
