Position Summary
Assists physicians with examinations, procedures, and other processes related to direct patient care. Arranges for ordered diagnostic, medical and therapeutic services, consultation and referrals. Provides timely and accurate documentation. Assists with scheduling patients, phone coverage and medical records.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Education - High School Diploma or GED
Experience - 6 months of experience
Licenses - Medical Assistant Certification or Registry eligible and must maintain within 90 Days of employment
Basic Life Support (BLS) have or obtain within 60 days of employment.
