Opportunity for a dynamic organised indivdual in a newly created position of project administrator exists with a well established Commercial Painting and Decorating Contractor supporting the opperational side of business. The positon will be based from our Dublin Office in Cookstown with potential for some home working also. A part time position with flexible working hours which may suit those returning to the workforce.
A good understanding of Miscrosoft Office is essential as the role will encompass document control for all operations and management of the Companys Sharepoint folders. The candidate will also have a significant role in assisting with the Company quality management system.
Strong IT skills are essential as we work with a number of Main Contractors on a number of different platforms, such as ASite, Aconex, 4P etc and the ability to source material/drawing and download as well as upload documents to various platforms is critical.
Ideally the person will have experience of project/office administration or document control in a similar role.
