Senior Vulnerability Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Vulnerability Engineer to join our team and help us strengthen our security posture by identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities in our systems and applications.
The ideal candidate
- have at least 5 years of experience in vulnerability management, with a deep understanding of common attack vectors and mitigation techniques.
- vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and working with development teams to ensure vulnerabilities are remediated in a timely manner.
- you will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices and emerging threats.
- Strong technical skills are essential, including experience with vulnerability scanning tools, network and application security testing, and scripting languages such as Python or Ruby.
- Excellent communication skills are also a must, as you will need to be able to effectively communicate complex security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred, along with industry certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or CEH.
