As our new Customer Representative, you are an integral part of our customer facing operations. You'll have the opportunity to work with customers, our internal sales team, technical support and operations to deliver great service and support.
As our first point of contact, what will you be doing?
- Provide quotes & process orders for customers
- Maintain and build upon our current customer relationships
- Respond to sales leads, educating & upselling to customers on MST products and services
- Take a keen interest in customer pain points, seeking to understand where MST can provide solutions
- Responding to emails/phone calls and walk-ins
- Stock management/warehousing of MST products
- Contribute to reporting as required
What do we need from you?
- 2-3 years' experience is a similar role is ideal
- Great customer service skills, with the ability to upsell
- Proactive attitude, keen to learn the MST product suite
- SAP experience, or similar
- Experience invoicing is essential
- A working knowledge of communications technology will be highly regarded
