Job Summary:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help facilitate the efficient operation of our Workers' Compensation department by performing a variety of repetitive clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic and is comfortable working in a detail-oriented and dynamic workplace.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

Education and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelors degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
