Experience and Skills:
Clinical Nurse for Benton Harbor: Works in partnership with providers and other clinical support staff in Obstetrics to deliver safe, high quality patient assessment, treatment and follow up care in an ambulatory setting. Engages patients and families as active participants in their health care plan and promotes importance of preventative care. Facilitates coordinated care among clinical support team and fun! ctions as part of the team in the delivery of patient services! . Identifies patient teaching needs related to disease management including: diet, exercise, and medications. Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan and current BLS certification and a minimum of one year ambulatory and/or hospital nursing experience required.
